Where to stay
Wedding Accommodations

Boston has 73 hotels (yes, I counted), with more than half in the downtown / Back Bay area near the Boston Public Library. So odds are pretty good that there will be a room for you somewhere in the city! To make it a little easier, we have booked three room blocks listed below along with a few other options nearby.
We’d also encourage periodically checking sites like Booking.com & Priceline who sometimes discount rates and there are also plenty of Airbnb’s, VRBO’s. You can get around the city fairly easily with Ubers, Lyfts, or the T – there plenty of other great neighborhoods to stay in or discover – Seaport, North End, Fenway, Cambridge – so please do find the best option for you!
Room Blocks:

The Fairmont Copley Plaza
Across from the Library is the landmark Fairmont Copley Plaza. Built in 1912 and still going strong, it exudes library vibes with it’s grandeur and stately architecture. Fun fact: it has hosted every US president since it opened, royalty from around the world, John Lennon, and soon enough the bride and groom to-be will stay here too. Also, this was Boston’s first hotel with air conditioning (I assume it still works).
Room block rates starting at $409

The Westin Copley Plaza
Steps from the Library in Copley Plaza and attached to the Copley and Prudential malls, the Westin offers great modern style rooms. Oh and it’s a Marriott property for all you Bonvoy members out there.
Room block rates starting at $329

The Lenox
Just down the street from the Library is the Lenox Hotel. It has that classy independent hotel feel with rooms that are comfy and chic (their words, not mine). It feels a bit like you walked into a hotel in Dublin, not just because it has 3 bars including an Irish Pub. Built in 1900 at a towering 11 stories, this was once the tallest building in Boston – imagine the views!
Room block rates starting at $419

Parking Info
Hotel parking is mostly valet in this area and can be pricey (~$70/night). The library does not have public parking. The best parking prices can usually be found at the nearby 131 Dartmouth St. Garage if booked on SpotHero in advance (next to Douzo restaurant, not to be confused with 126 Dartmouth right across the street, which also decent rates) click here for latest on SpotHero. As such, if staying at a hotel, we’d recommend dropping off your bags then self parking at a garage. The 110 Huntington – Copley Place Garage could be convenient for those staying at Marriott/Westin. If looking for hourly parking day-of, there are meter spots on the street in the area which are free on Sundays (watch out for resident only parking on side streets and if considering overnight street parking, watch for street cleaning signs, especially on main streets). You can get around the city fairly easily with Ubers & Lyfts along with public transit – T stations: Copley Station (Green line) or Back Bay Station (Orange line & Commuter Rail).
